Is Mini Notes really free?
Yes. Downloading and using Mini Notes costs nothing, and none of the writing features are behind a paid tier.
What happens if the app closes before I save?
Your draft is written to the device as you type. Reopen the app and everything comes back — down to the line the cursor was on.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There’s no sign-up and no login. Open the app and your first note is one tap away.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone and iPad, running iOS 16.0 or later.
Where are my notes stored?
On your device, in a local database that is encrypted on disk. Note content is not uploaded to a server.
Can I save something straight from Safari?
